By using topsmm.lol (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is a free leaderboard and directory of third-party SMM panel websites. We are not an SMM panel, we do not sell services listed here, and we do not sell rank, placement, or verified status.

The service

We publish rankings based on community likes, as described in the Rules. Rankings are signals, not a paid product, certification, or guarantee of a panel’s quality, uptime, or legality. We may change how the board is calculated, displayed, or filtered, or we may pause or close submissions.

Listings

• Anyone may submit a panel URL. One listing per domain. Submissions stay pending until an operator publishes them.
• You must have the right to submit the URL. Do not list sites you do not control in order to impersonate or smear another operator.
• We may refuse, hide, unpublish, or delete listings that are spam, duplicates, off-topic, unlawful, or harmful, with or without notice.
• Optional ownership verification confirms control of a domain. It does not change the ranking formula and cannot be purchased.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse likes, clicks, search, or submission forms (including automated flooding or obvious farms that degrade the board).
• Do not attempt to break into the Site, scrape it in a way that harms service, or bypass rate limits.
• Do not use the Site to distribute malware or to promote illegal activity.

Third-party sites

Links leave topsmm.lol and go to websites we do not operate. Those sites have their own terms, prices, and risks. You visit them at your own judgement. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed panel.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, and the topsmm.lol name and mark belong to the operator of the Site. Listing names, logos, and panel content remain those of their respective owners. Favicons are loaded from third-party providers as a convenience.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that rankings are accurate, complete, or free from manipulation, or that the Site will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Site or from any third-party panel you visit through it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
