This policy explains what the operator of topsmm.lol collects when you use the Site, and why. Browsing the public board does not require an account.

What we collect

• Like cookie. A random token in your browser so one browser can like a given panel once (and unlike it). We also store a hashed IP on each vote to slow obvious farming. We do not show raw IPs on the public Site.
• Visitor cookie. A random token so we can count unique browsers. The homepage may show an aggregate visitor total. We do not use this to build a marketing profile.
• Email. If you submit a listing or start ownership verification, we store the email you provide so we can notify you and confirm control of the domain.
• Listing data. The panel URL, normalised host, public counters (likes, clicks), and optional verification state.
• Abuse controls. We apply rate limits by IP on likes, clicks, search, previews, and submissions.
• Bot check. Where enabled, Google reCAPTCHA may run when you submit a listing, and Cloudflare Turnstile may run on likes. Those checks are processed by Google and Cloudflare under their own terms.

Cookies

Essential cookies (like and visitor tokens, and an admin session if you log into the operator area) are required for those features to work. They are first-party cookies on topsmm.lol. Clearing cookies resets like state and visitor counting in that browser.

How we use data

• To operate the leaderboard, ranking, search, and outbound click counts.
• To review, publish, hide, or remove listings, and to email submitters about listing status.
• To verify domain ownership when you ask us to.
• To reduce spam and farming.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only when needed to run the Site: hosting and email delivery providers, Cloudflare (Turnstile and, depending on setup, network protection), Google (reCAPTCHA on listing submit), and the public favicon helper used to show listing icons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Site and its users.

Retention

Listing records remain while the listing is on the board, and may be kept after removal for abuse prevention. Vote records and hashed IPs are kept to support ranking and rate limits. You can ask us to delete a submitter email associated with a listing you control; we may retain minimal records if needed to stop repeat abuse.

Your choices

You can refuse non-essential browser features by not submitting a listing and by blocking cookies, at the cost of likes and visitor counting. For access or deletion requests about an email you submitted, contact us through any method we publish on topsmm.lol, or from that same email address. Operators of listed panels should use the verification flow when they need to prove control of a domain.

Children

The Site is aimed at people who run or resell SMM panels, not at children. Do not submit personal data of anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Use of the Site is also subject to the Terms of use and the Rules.
